We played the "math facts on a log" game from the CBoM p87 and my dd really enjoyed it. I made it with pieces of card stock cut in different lengths and stickers. All sorts of stickers in all kinds of number combinations. Fun!

In the math section of the TM, there is an activity called "Adding 3 Numbers" or something like that. It recommends using a game board and some dice to play a game and practice adding three numbers. The game Chutes and Ladders works perfectly for this! It has 100 spaces on it, just as the TM recommends. I played it with my 6yo dd and my 3yo dd. We played the game just as you normally would play Chutes and Ladders, except my 6yo dd and I used the three dice and added the three numbers and then moved that many spaces. If we landed on a ladder we climbed, and if we landed on a slide, we slid down, just as you normally would. My 3yo dd used the spinner that comes with the game, and it was good for her to practice her number recognition of numbers 1-6, which are on the spinner. We let her spin twice for every one shake of the dice we did. It's always nice to find a game that makes math fun and one that is good to play with various age levels!

In the section READING GAMES, I adapted the game "Racetrack" to a math facts game......we've been having fun.

I made a huge race track on a large piece of paper and made the spaces just right for hot wheel type cars (like the TM suggests). We use this for reading words, but we've been also using it to work on math facts. I show a flashcard and ds has 5 seconds to answer correctly. If he gets it, his car advances....if he misses, it goes back into the pile. He often wants to play with 2 cars and that's fun for him to see which car wins.
