ECC Photos - "Egg"speriment in Week 11, LOL

Well we tried the egg experiment today. The kids really enjoyed it. My dh said if you put an egg in your hand lengthwise across your palm -- you cannot crush it.

My favorite is taking a hardboiled egg and a fresh egg and spin them -- the hardboiled one will spin faster.

Too funny :D Thanks for the reminder of where to find it. We may have to try this experiment when I get my dd back from her mom's house next week. Now I need to get some eggs -- LOL!!

I am really enjoying the cookbooks that are suggested -- we used Cooking the Norwegian Way during our study of Norway. We made the rice pudding and I have yet to try the Norwegian meatballs -- but I copied the recipe.

The experiment with the orange was a big hit in our house and a tasty snack too. My kids were amazed at the difference. Especially the example of using Greenland in comparison to South America.
